Application Letter Part 3 & Part 4

 


What exactly is a job application letter?  It is a letter that you submit to the company you work for.  The job application letter itself consists of a cover letter and a resume.


 


So, what do you do first when you write a job application letter?  At the beginning of your letter, enter company information.  Make sure you write down the name and position you want, along with the company name and address.  

This is important to show that you have done your research about the company you want to apply for.  Avoid standard forms of writing such as Human Resources Manager of the company because it will seem copy-pasted.  

If you already know the name of the HRD (Human Resource Department) manager, you can include it.  Take advantage of social media such as Twitter or Linkedin to get information about the manager or HRD staff.

(CONLUCIONS )

In conclusion, an application letter is a letter for someone applying for a job at a company. 

The company needs workers to be able to help the company.  Usually handled by the manager or HRD of the company.  

The structure of the letter is prepared according to written well and correctly.  

The opportunity for applicants when a job vacancy is opened, after being accepted will proceed to a written test and interview.  

Then the official applicant becomes part of the company.
